    show me your flex

Is that Cleghorn Trail? Looks like a northwest view along the San Andreas Fault trace in one of your pics, overlooking Lost Lake.

This is a 'show me the flex of your vehicle' thread, not a 'flex your opinion' thread...........right? :smiley_drive:

    68 Toyota 4x4 Volvo Wagon

I can see stunning some guys with that beauty. Much better execution than a similar project wreck I saw in the Sacramento area a few years ago. Would be cool to see a pic with the tires stuffed in the wheel wells...

Looking for pics of factorydual battery cable routing for 80s Chevy.

The first pic is a military Chevy. The second is from an 87 K30 that I had. In the case of the military setup, the positioning is more obvious. The K30 had a positive cable traversing the radiator, under AC lines, and is observed with the bumpy plastic sheathing. Grounds for both batteries were...

    Lumber Rack Roof Rack

If you leave the leading edge over the windshield, this can be used to 'shade' the glare from rack-mounted lighting. Also, makes a couple brush-guiding wires easier to connect away from the glass. Third, more overhead storage. I'd leave it...miss my Rack-It!

Brake light, Battery light, and A/T lights staying on after alternator swap

Make sure the connections are tight. Use a voltmeter to see that the unit is charging the battery. Check that the wires/prongs in the harness connections are all good at mating points. Have your original unit rebuilt.

Respectfully, no. I am going to pass on the truck, even though a good price resulted.

Help me pick my first 1st Gen (Cummins) truck!

Never having driven one of the Cummins trucks, I don't know if hype heightened my expectations or if the individual truck is slow (??). Warmed up, the throttle response was kind of lacking as compared to the Ramcharger and the other gas Dodge trucks I've driven. This one is an early 92...

Help me pick my first 1st Gen (Cummins) truck!

Tomorrow afternoon, I guess I'll be looking at a former co-worker's 92/93 D250 diesel. He says to come make an offer, better mileage than my Ramcharger. So...you're thread got me thinking too. :ylsmoke:

    Steering Stabilizer / Damper

I installed a dampener on my Raider several years ago. For about 3 months, I drove with the Rancho unit. Upon removing the dampener, my spritely Raider returned. My driving at the time consisted of graded dirt roads, bumpy paved twisty roads and mass-grading jobs where I followed equipment...

My new '87 Ramcharger build thread

I was away from my Ramcharger for work assignments in Wyoming and Nebraska for the months of March and April. I've been attempting to transfer the stereo system from a Montero parts car to the RC for the last few weeks. I've removed interior trim panels in order to fit the 'extra' Boston...

Might be moving back to NorCal after all

Towing the Mustang will be outside your Montero's GCW rating. While others folks do to loads in excess, because the Montero will do that, public safety concerns overrule in this instance.
