    2010 Coleman Cobalt camper

I just looked at your ad, did you mean to not include a price? If you were closer, I'd be adding this to my wish list for Santa right about now, but I know he won't have time to tow it up here behind the sleigh..:jump:

Fold down/flat front seats for Jeep

Just one more option, IIRC, I think the PT Cruiser front seat folds flat as well. At least the passenger side anyhow..

Theoretical questions on a Grand Wagoneer

I used to post over there on the FSJ forum, there was a guy in Toledo that grafted an FSJ Cherokee rear onto a Waggy body w/ a Caddy 500 under the hood. It looked to be just a bit bigger than an Excursion, but he said it'd pass anything but a gas station w/ the 500 under the hood!

Theoretical questions on a Grand Wagoneer

I've often wondered about the feasibility of just dropping a Waggy body on a 2500 Ram chassis w/ CTD. The wheelbase has to be pretty close, I wonder if it is doable?

How would you outfit this custom LJ?

OK, since no one else seemed to notice, I'll be the one to ask. What is this next project you oh so casually mentioned here? Is it a hover-conversion for the FSJ's, or a rotary-wing flight pack for a TJ? Just kidding, your projects are amazing, so not much would surprise me at this point!

    You've got to see this!

Too funny, custom Hummer trailer?! Because he tows it w/ a Hummer? If I get someone with a Rolls Royce to tow my trailer, does that make mine a custom Rolls Royce Trailer? LOL!!

Considering making an expo trailer from a grand cherokee

I think the IDEA of using the whole body is cool, it would almost certainly look better that way, but I think you might be right about the logistical issues. Seems like that might be close to your real world towing limit by the time you get it loaded, then trying to go off road, you might find...

    CHEAP trailer/sleeping arrangement ?'s

What about some of the guys here who have beefed up regular pop up trailers? Most of those would sleep four pretty easily, and perhaps mods could be made to haul more gear?

    Well, that ended badly..

Those look cool, but I don't think they'd work for me, as I wouldn't be able to open the tailgate, and mine is also a dump bed utility trailer, so those might get in the way there as well..

    Well, that ended badly..

Holy crap, that thing looks like I could swap out the tranny in my Jeep with those stands!

    Well, that ended badly..

Hmm, that looks like a cool solution. I was hoping to rig something up that I could slip in to the receiver, maybe even leave it attached, but the trick might be to do something with my hitch hual rack that would likely be back there in the receiver..

    M416 w/ roof top tent?

Yeah, as I recall, the 416 has no tailgate, right? It seems that the easier, or at least more common, solution to this problem is a lid, hinged on one side, that the tent is attached to. If you try to get it to move when you want it to, you will have to worry about it moving when you DON'T...

I'll look into that, thanks for the info!

    Well, that ended badly..

I bought mine second hand, from Louie on here (BellaPSD), so I don't know where it came from. Apparently, I need to find something a little more foolproof for supporting the rear end!

    Well, that ended badly..

I was out for a night in my little homemade trailer w/ RTT, and I had a bit of a mishap. Seems that when I repositioned the trailer by hand for better ventilation after night #1, I failed to properly reposition the trailer jacks. When I slid to the side of the tent which was over the rear of...
