Thanks Ranchero, that's good news. Did you install them directly on the knuckle housing or did you need to shim them for proper clearance to the reluctor ring? Did you try hard braking on a loose surface to see the ABS system activates properly?��

Bikersmurf, we will passing through Victoria on the way to Port Renfrew. We'll stay at the First Nations Pacheedaht site for a couple of days and then head up to the Bamfield/Pacific Rim area. After that, not really sure. The Island certainly has lot of great remote and scenic areas.

I think the Moog stock replacement spring is CC880. I first tried a set of those but only had about 1" of up travel to the bump stop because of the weight of the camper conversion. The CC880S (note the "S") yields about 3" of travel to the bump stop.

Thanks for the response Chris. I may decide to re&re the transmission myself and only have a shop adapt it. This will be before the front axle is fitted, so it would helpful to know if the vehicle would be driveable before and until the exhaust mods are done.
