Thought I'd do a little update while being bored at home.
I'm planning a little overland trip this year, going to Moab for about a week and then hitting up FJ summit in Ouray. Heres a couple things I've added since my last update.
I was looking for some seat covers that used a Molle system...
So I was in the market for some seat covers specifically the ones with Molle attachments. I saw the smittybilts, but I wasn't too sure about the sizing (all the ones I saw were for jeeps). So I came across a post from Blue Ridge Overland. Decided I'd check them out and they are awesome. They use...
I tried using this setup over the summer to power my ARB 50qt that's in my trunk.
-1 extreme 350 w/inverter
-2 boulder 30 panels strapped to the center of my roof rack
ARB plugged straight to the pack using the standard wall chord.
My experience was alright. I'm a noob when it comes to this...
+1 for Snorkel. Yea Factoryride is correct, I wouldn't mind being the guinea pig for that Chinese made snorkel but not for $600. Still waiting for safari to make one.
Thanks! I really appreciate it! Its been a long couple years, but well worth it!
Thanks! I've only had them for about 2k miles so far. Haven't used them off road yet, but on road they're pretty good. I was running 285/70/17 GY Duratracs before, but had 2 wheels unseat while going up a double...

-At the time drove a 04 acura rsx and had built a 98 Honda Integra Type R clone.
-Integra got stolen & stripped, got a huge sum of money from insurance.
-Sold...
Some of you may have seen my build on T4R.org, but I never made one here.
Welp here's my rig. I'll try to update this as much as I can. :)

I had one in the back of my 4runner for a while. Its great, the only bad thing I started to notice, I had a sub ontop of it the whole time, and I purposely offcentered it. I noticed it was kind of bowing in towards the middle.
I just picked up an acer timelinex i7 11.6 netbook for $400 at walmart. Looks like a pretty good netbook. Going to order the gps puck and see how it works.
