I sure wish this beauty was on the east coast, well to be honest I wish I was out west and closer to you. I'd snap this up in a hurry, but I am sure someone will be the lucky new owner in short order. Good luck with the sale!

These tires are amazing in the winter, when I lived in Alaska these and the Nokian Hackapolita were the best at keeping you safe on the ice and snowpack

I can't believe they didn't put any interior pics in their craigslist ad, I was really curious to see what the inside looks like. That thing would be a trip to drive and park I bet.

I am of the same opinion as others, if it ain't broke kinda logic. As far as being hard on front suspension components, really anything from GM in the truck and van line has that unfortunate reputation and from my experience it's an earned reputation. My 95 Silverado, 99 Silverado and now my...
Beautiful! All I have to trade is a Volvo 240 and well we know you'd have to kick in some cash on your end to bring the value to comparable...all kidding aside, you've got a gorgeous car, good luck in your search to fill your vehicular ADD illness, I suffer from the same ailment!

That's the same year that I had a long time ago, what a blast that thing was! I only paid $600 for mine when I was stationed up north and it did great in the snowy winter and was very very comfortable! I guarantee that thing is a much better driver now that it has the LS in it, the old 360 was a...
I'd look elsewhere, that just doesn't seem like what I'd want to get into and especially for that much coin...look for something you can do yourself or one that doesn't have such a shady story, just my gut feeling.

Go over the front suspension and make sure that it's tight, that seems to be the weak point from my experience. I have a 2016 Silverado 4x4 with 60k and I just had to change out both upper control arms due to bushings and ballpoint wear, so that's something I'd pay close attention to.

That's a fantastic find and so glad to see a couple old Ford's being combined to make what you're wanting. I grew up in Michigan and it's so sad to see what the salt will do to vehicles. I live in the south now and have lived out west and wow it's fantastic to know that rust isn't going to...
I'd pick the Jeep myself, next would be the Trooper and the Mitsubishi would be a hard pass for me. I've had several Grand Cherokees, but never one with the v8, I've heard they can be hit or miss and I've always liked the Troopers and always wanted to get one, maybe someday. I've never heard...
I completely agree on the shift points needing updated, that's one thing I dislike about mine, it's the oddest shifting truck I've ever driven. I guess GM designed it that way in an attempt to get the best fuel economy, but man it really affects the driveability in a negative way.

I am absolutely no help in giving you a value, but just wanted to say what a gorgeous truck you've got there...well done!
