BDS Recoil Traction Bars
Finally something new.
I have been busy on the road for quite some time and have not had much of an opportunity or need to improve the truck. Fortunately, however, Ive had a bit of downtime and finally had a chance to get the BDS recoil traction bars installed on my...
I wish i could. Unfortunately, the rack is about an inch too short to mount the light underneath. When I get a chance, I'm just going to have a bracket made up to hold the 50" lightbar directly in front of the rack at its level...just out front.
Honestly, I would like to move the whole ligHt bar forward bit don't have a way to mount it without drilling into my cab. Dropping the 50 inch lightbar below the rack as far back as it is I would lose a fair amount of light just to my cab. [emoji53]

Well, it's time to decide what I'm gonna do with my CVT Mt thielson tent. I'll have to build a spacer rack to get it above my Baja Designs lights. I'm just going to have to be sort of an engineer.

I don't have a problem. Here's a quick pic. I think 17 inches is the optimal size… Especially when going 37 inches on the tire. Also here's a link to where you can get these wheels. I really like them...
The load rating is 3640lbs/wheel and they're manufactured in the ancient southern provinces of Mongolia. Or China. They are also solid aluminum.
"Higher end build" I don't think I am. I'm just someone who wants to get out and explore when I want. And drive to the store when I want. We put...
Overlanding in a full-size diesel truck
From the beginning, the decision to move from my 2001 Tundra to a more accommodating truck was a calculated move. I wanted an 8 foot bed and a full-size cab. I considered the newer tundras but unfortunately, they were mutually exclusive. Full-size cab...
And I slowly move on
These are not at all supposed to be my every day tires. Sank them in my field today and enjoyed ripping myself out. They are awesome!!!!
