Anyone know if the E320 CDI Wagon (estate) was sold in the USA or was the CDI just sold here in sedan form?

Toyota's website isn't clear on this, but is/was the 2nd gen ever offered in double cab, manual transmission, 4x4 and with the 4 cylinder motor? Thanks!

I had a set of gravel tires for mine and will echo what others have said, they are magic in the dirt but a bit unnerving on the pavement.
