There are ways to combat the rats. I use fluid film under the 4Runner and a side benefit besides no rust is that rodents don't like it.

I know it's expensive but I like this toilet. Pretty sanitary solution and everything goes in the trash. No dealing with fluids or chemicals and no dealing with separating the paper from the schiff. Anyway may be an option for you.

Don't know but Ironman makes quality products and for a $1000 I would probably pass on the ARB, as that is a pretty big difference in price. I had Ironman suspension on my '89 FJ62. Quality stuff and no different than the ARB suspension I have had in the past except for the price.

I would rather have an aftermarket brake controller anyways as I feel they are simply better and my P2 has a boost feature the factory ones don't. Also I have heard that if you have an anti-lock brake system fail then the factory brake controller won't work. That would sure suck on a down hill...
