Have you replaced the idler pivot assembly and idler arm? These are common culprits for steering issues. Moog makes a problem solver kit.

4.75" BS may rub the tiniest bit depending on how pronounced the side lugs are on your tires. 305/70R17's aren't quite even 34" tall and under 12.5" wide, so I think you will be just fine. Don't use spacers. If you get some rub and it bugs you, add little to the steering stop.
Look into EFI Live tuning. Way more customizable than off the shelf plug-in tuners. Idaho Rob is the guy in the D-Max forums that is doing all their tunes. Awesome Rig!
I have a 2007 Chevrolet 2500HD Classic. Your website says that your system will not work with a drop in bedliner. Is the issue with the bottom of the liner or the sides or both? Or is it that there are too many liners to test fit each one? Thx, Brad
I know Motion Windows does custom RV sliders, but I don't know associated costs.

Might help brighten the interior and would certainly help with...
Looks good. Be prepared for the skid to actually reflect engine noise back into the cab. My old XJ had full skids, and the increased engine noise was substantial. Not saying it's gonna happen with your rig, but it's a possibility.
Nice grocery getter! One of the things I disliked about my van was that there was no good place for grocery bags. Stuff slid all over the place, and by the time you got home, you'd be crawling all over the inside to retrieve your goods.
