Sorry for the delay, both the centers in my garage are 9.5" ring gear (one is a locker, the other isn't) - forgot about that. I'll need to take a look under the '93 at some point.
Gen 3, 2003 and newer, they have the 3.8l & traction control. After 2003 all the 4x4 stuff is the same in the good 'ol USA, and they will all be with the Limited options. Find the newest and lowest mileage sample you can and go from there.
Nothing but good things to say about it. Recently used s Nexus 5x with Fi as a hot spot in Brazil and China. We had a several people tethered to it in Brazil, around 4 gig in 5 days. Worked fantastic. No issues in China either (Shanghai area).

'93 may have 4.88 rear gears (pretty common) also will be a 9" ring gear. Your Gen 2.5 won't be any of this. In fact there were a few different final drive ratios in the Gen 2.5s. Verify what you got first.
