    1993 work Jeep build

http://www.jeepkings.ca/forums/showthread.php?105565-Extrem-XJ-Rocker-replacement I followed this method. Although I used structural epoxy and self taping screws from the inside then welded along the door seal. Worked exceptionally well.

Show me your "Adult" rigs and how you keep them running.

Very nice! I'm with you. I've spent near the last year killing off rust, replacing panels and running parts. The interior is all new as is the entire heating/cooling system, belts, lights and most all replaceable minor parts. I'm in the home stretch by replacing everything in the front end and...

3M Panel Bond to Fix Van Body?

I used 3M panel epoxy to repair many parts on my Jeep Cherokee. It works great, very easy to work with and has a stronger sheer strenght than a weld. I used 3M 08115 2 part for bonding fender skins and floor panels along with various metal to metal support peices. I used 3M 07333 Structural...

    Spray on bed liner

Do it yourself, Raptor Liner. Having it done, Rhino. My experience with LineX is it's thin and scratches off easily, but I carry a lot of equipment in and out constantly.

Any longtime riders quit for good?

Glad you finally made the choice, it brings relief. Good luck on the new adventures.

My XJ turned 18 this year. I was in much better shape than it is at 18!

Any longtime riders quit for good?

I'v had the same thoughts for the last year now. I've been riding a motorbike from the age of 8 years old starting on a cushman scooter and now at 63 my desire has finally waned. I was grandfathered my endorsement as I rode before they were required. I've worked for dealerships, had well over...

    ARB Awning and associated room

I have the square bars, gutter mounted. They are actually Pro Line bars but the exact same as the Thule. https://www.prolineracks.com/proline-gmr165-rain-gutter-racks.html? I did find another thread on mounting the ARB to crossbars. Seems to be allot of options but many are rather spendy...

Thule bar awning mount. How'd you do it?

Reviving this old thread as I'm looking for a solution for mounting my new ARB 2000 to my Thule crossbars. Bombers brackets look like a great mount but spendy! Looking for 3 mounting points but everything is sold or packaged by 2's, hummmmm.

    ARB Awning and associated room

Being the only ARB thread I can find, let me ask. Has anyone attached their awning to rooftop cross bars? Not a roof rack but to the adjustable slider bars. I have a new 2000 model, 78.74x98.43, and would like to attach it to gutter mounted cross bars instead of buying a roof (rack) basket...

    2000 XJ Cherokee Build

Not to step on his thread but I used 3M General Adhesive Remover on mine. They're only held on with foam adhesive tape. The 3M cleaner dosent hurt paint but softens the tape enough to pull them off. Just run a bead along the top lines and let it soak, repeat until they pull off easily. It works...

    2000 XJ Cherokee Build

Thanks. My goals are very close to yours. The Wife and I are planning a CDT trip, or at least part of it in late summer. Although I took out the back seat in order to carry the mutt my rear storage, yeti cooler and camping gear will be in a similar rear set up and a rooftop Thule. Looking...
