Its true with ANY old vehicle. back when the Gen 2 started production, OEs only had to commit to 10 years of service parts. So figure Gen 2.5 (many parts the same) ended in 2000, we are getting to the end folks. Most OEMs are now at support for 15 years after end of production.

I've got the itch to convert my Gen 1 2 door to something like this: I don't have access to a A/C TIG however. Anybody know of a reliable source in the midwest (Milwaukee / Chicago) that could fab something up like this for me? The aluminum work only... I can finish and mount etc...
