Years ago I had a well house and winter was always below freezing, I put a small electric heater that automatically turned on at 35*f and turned off around 45*f . With the well shed being a little insulated and windproof.

dbhost spot on, whether the rv is new or used, set a baseline , drain and flush fresh water, water heater, black and gray tank..why not start fresh. Takes all the guess work out.. Have fun ?

I searched cog on TCS, 6,8,8'6, and found, generally, they are pretty standard distances from the front bulkhead, I have a 8'6 on f250 sb the cog ,iirc, is 39in, pretty much over the rear axle. When traveling most weight is on the rear axle forward. Also, the cog can be further back if...

Do payload/ cargo ratings stay with the life of a vehicle? For instance, a 2xxx year 3/4 ton with 250k on the clock and hauled max Loads etc for those miles would be the same as when new?

I'm suggesting he rent to get a feel of the capability of the 4runner, if he spends his money on a larger vehicle, all this hand wringing is moot.

Op, rent a trailer and tow it with your runner, if it doesn't bother you, get the tt you want. This isn't rocket science (judging by the comments)
