Tie-down points are different on fwc's. They attach to the tie down points in the corners of the truck bed, mostly a pita. The seller should have his Tie-down accessories.

I have had many converters in many rvs over the years , charging with solar, shore power or charging while driving. Charging voltages ranged from 13.15 to 14.05 and everywhere in between. These voltages I'm describing are the 'floating ' volts. (After full charge)
