Could you discuss the internal beadlock bladders? How well do they work? What do they do? Compress against the bead area to try to hold it in place?

Our last trip to Colorado a few weeks ago. Every campsite, we had a little rain, then a rainbow! Mountains and deserts. Took this shot w/ a fisheye lens, to get the entire rainbow in the shot. Edit, never though about it before, but my camper is at the end of the rainbow! Seems appropriate.
