Im currently building a roof rack for the 80. Im trying make it like the INTI. Im using 1 1/4" for the outside base, 1" for the inside rails. Then Im going to put 2x4" welded wire mesh on that. Not quite as cool at the INTI all aluminum, but a little easier on the budget. Can anyone tell me...
