Teraflex swaybars and a full-on OME-Heavy lift. Wheels with 4.5" bs, 33s, sleeve/gusset the front axle.
Replace anything worn up front.
Synergy has some neat little springs if you don't want to gain the altitude, just add fenders/wheels/tires.
BTW, for that much weight, I wouldn't be...
Get an old ambulance and have Chris build you a killer 4wd system for it.

Put bio-hazardous waste stickers on the outside and nobody will come near you.
I wouldn't get the 1400 lumen beast ---- the glare gets a bit busy on the brain...
Look here: http://extremeledlightbars.com/2-led-light-pod-900-lumens
They also have a neat little wiring gizmo that lets you turn it on remotely.

AEV is like the shirt with the alligator on it...
There are better shirts available. No gator.
I plan on using the heck outta it.
Perfect little gizmo for life out of the teardrop trailer. It will make it much easier to cook on top of my little aluminum tables.

My small axe is an Estwing Camper's and I keep it sharp.
Good combo and didn't break the bank.
I also have a Fiskars pruning saw in the kit and a Sven Saw. Saws usually make easier work of logs.
Anybody that knows my wife...

A PWM signal screws with the magnet in most relays.
I'm with you.
If he has wheels with less backspacing, there is excessive scrub radius causing the front to wander ---- need to deviate a bit from OE spec and toe-in a little bit to compensate.
Under dampening also compounds that; better shocks needed.
Gears will make it peppy; 4.10s are perfect...
I use an anodized aluminum Dutch oven. I just wipe it out with a paper towel and then boil a little water in it...
I'd like a chainmail shirt though, Jim. Why did you make one? RenFest?
