    Recommend Roof Rack

:sombrero: That's a good idea, but- If you're thinking of installing an RTT--you have to be careful just how low the rack is, because it can get really tough to install the RTT mounting clamps ! Whatever :costumed-smiley-007:wings: JIMBO

    Recommend Roof Rack

:sombrero: I can understand that, because- The house in my post above, is new/3 car garage and has a lotta room and 10' ceilings, my house in Ca. is an older/w 2car garage and even though the garage door openers are remote, you can adjust the extent of the opening phase and get another 2 to 6"...

:sombrero: Thabx Indy- - Yup, that's the MBRP prototype, also sold by Quadratec as the JK "Off Camber" rack- o It's very well attached to the hardtop--16 SS bolts, but all on the vertical sides and none on the top--that's why she evades any leaks to ! I have A RACOR Hoist in my gararge and...

    Best sleeping pad

:sombrero: Here's an air mattress that is the best I've had -- The "Light Speed" is the size of a Queen mattress and packs pretty small, but the best part is it is multi chamber with flow restrictors that seperate movement like an expensive home mattress- If you move /turn over, the...

    Trailer Condensation

:sombrero: Yes that would cause an air movement, but- That would be mainly for the human comfort- As mentioned, either a moisture absorbing mat, or circulated air "UNDER MATTRESS/MAT" will either eliminate condensation, or reduce significantly ! Good luck :costumed-smiley-007:wings: JIMBO

    Trailer Condensation

:sombrero: Yeah, that line-x is a good idea, unless you NEED the pad ! The condensation is caused by the H20 extracted form the layer of "Dead Air", under a pad- Unless the pad is of non-condensation construction and there are some--TEPUI has one- I'm not familiar withem though- Good luck...

    Trailer Condensation

:sombrero: Heh Heh, yeah, it's been pretty warm in NorNv too, but- I lucked out I can keep my trailer inside the garage when not in use-- You can doit, just do some "thinkin" and rearranging--you'll make it work-a lotta times you can lift that trailer tongue pretty high and clear many...

    Trailer Condensation

:sombrero: I think the main trouble is-- A lotta metal retaining heat from the day/quick cooling at night and--NO TRAVERSE AIR FLOW ! I think that a 1/4" raised floor/w "gaps" for air exchange--fixemup- My trailer is moistureless ! Good luck Whatever :costumed-smiley-007:wings: JIMBO

Help a brother out - Post up some pics and details of your RTT lift systems

:sombrero: Yeah I understand your troubles-- I pretty much unload my trailer when we first arrive and if I forget something, it's no trouble getting in/out, without any change in the RTT status- The lid opens finger light with the tent deployed- The lid will open with the RTT complertely...

Help a brother out - Post up some pics and details of your RTT lift systems

:sombrero: Sounds like a lotta trouble for clothe's change- My RTT is secured on the trailer lid--solid/unwavering on hiwy and doesn't raise the trailer COG off-road (relative)and I use a 9'x9'x9' air tent for eating/changing/storage/games/weather easyer than modifying the trailer- Good luck...
