    Shower and toilet enclosure thread

Folding the Outback SOLVED! I think... As others, I've spent way too much time cussing and wrestling my Outback Porta Privy. I had done it several times before, then the unit seemed to have lost it's shape and wouldn't curl like it used to. It is hard to decide what pisses me off more... the...

Padri Stallone: Greensboro to Phoenix in a 456 GT

I don't drive a lot of sporty vehicles. I think my Tacoma is pretty quick and fun to run through the gears. This thing is a gorilla in a prom dress! Then there is the higher pitched voice of the V12… even after a few hours of driving I still had to consistently fight my gut instinct to...

Padri Stallone: Greensboro to Phoenix in a 456 GT

Blue Ridge Parkway We left Greensboro and headed north into Virginia and stopped for lunch just short of the Blue Ridge Parkway. After lunch I took the driver’s seat, banked around the cloverleaf and entered a 2-lane wonderland. Today alone I saw more wild turkeys than the rest of my days...

Padri Stallone: Greensboro to Phoenix in a 456 GT

6-3-2009 It was definitely a “pinch me” type of day. At 9 am Dad and I were picked up to inspect the car and handle the business end of things. The pictures don’t do the vehicle justice (as always) but I wish you could smell and hear this baby! Here she is... Dad is going over the details

    goodbye to a friend

I tried and couldn't find a picture of the Bomber. Great memories of an old faithful rig and a newer vehicle to get to know... not a bad place to be really.

    End of the world

... uh, just figured it out: D1 1999 Defender was already dead to us airbag/impact weenies, but 1999 is an arguable end of Land Rover. Later products have merit, but they are certainly not the same.
