mpg's running around 18 in town, not driving on interstate much since lift/ tires added (live on an island and when headed off, mostly a day trip, we're in wife's car.) as for gears....code 33 Dana 6250 3.54

yes used the f350 spacers. just make sure to size the bolt extentions before ordering. there are 2 sizes.
as for the kingpin questions, yes. thus the inability to change the camber.
only issue is the alingment will be out a little. with my 33's on it for 6 months i didn't notice any wear out of the norm for a ford van. look at the pics i have and you can see they are a little out of camber. I did the lift and tires and took to alingment shop. was out less than 5 degrees. am...
like most i am limited by funds. ujoint is very much the way to go. main reason for staying 2wd for me mpg/ fuel stoage. 4wd conversions require shortened fuel tanks. majority of my use is winter interstate driving and light offroad camping. so it really comes down to your use and needs as well...

recap, got new shoes on the 86 eco goodyear wrangler duratrac 275/65 R20's, working on interior this weekend, adding 15 gal fresh water tank, 2.4 cubefeet ridge, 700w microwave and many new circuts. here are pics of the shoes, insideto follow this week.
2 main steps, first the jeep bumper mounted (on the jeep)with 4 bolts. so it was easy to just contour it with a grinder to fit the stock bumper, then weld it up. after that it was cuttin the light bar mounts off to fit the front of the jeep bumper.
