Correct. Should have no impact on the driveline at all. Just keep you moving when things get tricky.

Oh, and yes, a 4x4 s10 cross member and transfer case will bolt right into this. May have to mod your driveshafts. Super cool project, thanks for posting. Subscribed!

The 7.3 excision is one of those special, limited vehicles. Its like an instant classic. You'll always be able to get a second gen Sequoia. If you don't put money into it, someone else will in a heartbeat. You will loose mucho cargo capacity and the wife will not let you put the dog in the new...

First off, you work fast for only doing weekend work, wow. Nice job. Maybe you could develop/use some kind of alternative hinge, maybe a trunk hinge from a sedan, or make it complicated, like how the pop top on a VW camper pivots and lifts simultaneously.

And I much prefer the incandescent... To each their own. I also say ditch the chrome, but not in favor of murdered out black. Maybe the charcoal color Toyota uses on the sport trim package...
