I never thought of the air thing. I haul around 19 gallons of water and never use much of it due to all of the pumping and pumping and pumping. The battery powered pump is a good idea but my tank has a much larger filling cap or whole or whatever you want to call it.

Heres the pictures sorry didnt post them earlier. Ive been checking out the petromax lanterns and then found this on craigslist. I have tried to find information on this lantern and havent been very succesful. I was wonderning if this could be made to use white gas.

The wenzel I found looks like the petromax lantern that Mike S posted earlier. I figured for 50 bucks I cant go to wrong.
