Hi we had the windows tinted that helped. Then we cleaned on the air con filter ( thanks to Engineer for telling us where it is). Then we used Dynamat Super lite and then covered that with Dynamat Dynaliner 12mm. Does make the truck quieter and cooler but i would not call the air con icy cold.

Alan man do you have way too much time on your hands lol lol. Wow great work. Is the chassis same width and length? Are you using all the stuff out of the truck eg springs , diffs etc etc? How long do you think it will take you to finish the truck? Keep on posting pics please. :coffee:
