    My lifted Canyon Thread

Fender flares are crap, spent countless hours fitting them to look that good. before paint, and after paint. Unfortunately for me and other canyon/colorado owners is there is basically no aftermarket fot these trucks. The stock Z71 flares are not even made anymore. So i made these cheapies work...

    My lifted Canyon Thread

*Build update* This update will be a little more to the likening of most expo'ers on here. Lets see, I'll try to keep this short, Curt front receiver, with some shackles on each side. (Welded up by me) custom made light bar (Welded up by me) with four KC slim lights two driving, two fog...

People always ask me why I stick with Ford.

I was talking engine technology, your talking trucks..and the post below yours proves you wrong to boot. Funny I don't see mod motors being swapped in to Carmaros but someone is swapping an LS in a fox daily. Enough said.

People always ask me why I stick with Ford.

OH BOY! I am going to try to stay out of this one! But just one or two thoughts.... I didn't realize Chevy/GM was selling the Reaper...guess i will have to cancel my order with Lingenfelter... and the Catching up comment.....ever heard of the LS engines? or as you would call it the 6.2...

    X4 Tent Pod?

Just found this today on the jumping jack website, then looked for a thread and here we go. Just wanted to comment as a owner of a original jumping jack. I love my trailer and agree with some of the downside of the expo side of it. I think this trailer would fix some of those issues. I bought a...

Jack's 2002 Nissan Xterra Build & Adventure Thread

I have the RTT mounted to some thule bars. The thule bars are mounted to the factory x bars. (kind of a rubber clamp thing w/lock) I think I am going to change it it around some and come up with a mount to go onto the factory x bars direct. yeah, one other note about the use of this truck. It...

Jack's 2002 Nissan Xterra Build & Adventure Thread

Yeah, it's mostly a daily driver for the wife, and used for forest roads on the weekend for camping/hikeing/kayaking/ATVing. I won't say it won't get wheeled because it will see offroad that isn't just a dirt trail. (already got a wheel or two to lift :D) I do know the yard steering box is good...

Jack's 2002 Nissan Xterra Build & Adventure Thread

Cool, Thanks for the info. I just got my x for the wife three months ago and have now replaced everything under there. Along with the power steering pump. But, I still have hard steering to the right. Last thing is the steering box. Have a new one(junkyard unit) sitting in the back of the truck...

Rotopax on a 1st gen hood?

I say do it, this tread is another typical expo thread, full of haters telling you your ideas suck. I agree with some of the concerns (you will need to adress some things here) but if you do it right then why not? I certainly wouldn't let some thread influence me not to.
