    This year i made a simple resolution, i will take a newbie every month and make him/her a ¨Jeepero¨. Fastest way to do it is to take him offroad from Los Mochis to Las Copas, it usually works ... So off we went, with newbies on the trail ... Classic poser shot on the other side of Topolobampo...

    I friend of mine put 33s on 17 rims on his Jeep, and they work really good in all the terrain we tried, and not much noise in the road. With 16 psi, they seem to grip rock real nice. Saludos

    How 'bad' is it to use the transfer case for front-wheel-drive?

    We just did 500 miles on a Jeep Rubicon with a busted rear yoke, it did drive a little weird, but was ok. So far the transfer case feels normal.

    How about a MacBook, and Asus Eee and a external disk, for less than 2 grand you would have speed, portability and redundancy, all very desirable in a trip. Thats what i would do, maybe i will also get a external GPS receiver and use the Asus EePC as a nice GPS and note taker while my Macbook...
