I think they are supposed to get turned in when you sell a car in NV, but the fine for not turning them in is only $20 or something. So, sure! I'll throw in the blue plates! :) Where do you live?
I am looking for a 2 to 3 motorcycle hauler open air trailer that is pretty light, but has a bit better suspension and meaty wheels/tires. The standard motorcycle trailers are pretty weak. But I don't need anything as beefy as a Chaser. Just something I can pull across fire roads without it...
The current owner said that the conversion was a "Jeep Skunkworks" project. Is it some sort of J8 related project or ? Are you able to shed more light on it? I actually live in the same town as your old Jeep and am a big fan of diesel now that I live in NV. Thanks!
Yup! The 'Mog has been used to clear our parking lot a few times, but I mainly bought it for our property on Old 40 by the lower "gate" (which I just sadly sold so don't need to Unimog anymore). I see you are in Truckee. Who is this? PM if you'd like.

Mine was an early build and I expected to be part of the discovery process. However, my issues were partially brought on by myself in some ill-timed water intrusion testing... which was followed by a long rain storm, my jeep being parked outside and my traveling for work.
Plus, I have a...
TenaciousTJ, to make a long story short, I sold our house (that had a nice and big garage for the Jeep and other toys) in Sierra's and moved into a rental while we build... so the JK was outside most of the winter and there were a few areas where I thought we had it all sealed up, but we didn't...
Removing and re-installing Nemo tent in the HabitatJK shell
I successfully removed the Nemo tent from the Habitat Clam, cleaned it, replaced rivets with nutserts on front and rear aluminum extrusions, and replaced the tent. The main advice I have to anyone doing this is:
1) Make sure your wife...
Martyn, You guys are awesome as always! Are you able to modify brackets and send them out to us (preferred), or is this an example of how we can modify them on our own? Thanks!
