#6 is cool.
The retro style images of a vehicle in a 60's / 70's landscape leaves me with a feeling of nostalgia that no camper creation can fill. Interesting from a marketing perspective though.
Water will always find a level equilibrium. As long as the input to the drain pipe is higher than the tank It will drain into the tank. How well it drains depends on the height difference between the shower drain opening and the top of the tank. In this case It sounds like you wont have much...
The gussets will present a challenge for skinning over. I think this style of construction is cool but would do a few things differently.
Welded joints for the tubes and like mentioned, I'd use 3M tape for the skins on the outside. They make a specific model for this exact application.

I imagine what your describing is more expensive and heavier than a small enclosed utility trailer.
Most likely you would have to use a flatbed trailer unless you have one custom made. If you are going to place the fiberglass shell inside of an open utility trailer, it would have to be a wide...

Thanks for the links.
I saw more Gustafson products on etrailer and was wondering how the quality is.

I'm shopping interior lighting and am wondering what other people's experience has been?
There is the usual Amazon Alibaba express but I'm hoping to find something slightly higher quality. Not much better on RV sites so I'm going to start combing the marine world.
I'm specifically looking for...
What steered you away from dope? I've found dope works 100% of the time on metal pipe threads. Teflon works 95% of the time on plastic and I never use it on metal because most of the time it doesn't work.
