Question: do these things only work on inclines? :D KC has some great links there to buy. I got my clinometers from 4x4 connection . I know that Mike at Xtreme Off-Road has them too. I have mounted one in the center of the dash area, and I stole Darrens idea and put one on the b-pillar...

I was curious what the inside of the stock breather cap looked like, so I just pulled it off (knowing I was going to be extending the breather anyway). After I saw the little nipple left behind under the cap, I slipped the hose onto it and it seemed to be a good fit. I just cranked the hose...

FWIW, I skipped getting the Nissan part and just pulled the cap off the OEM breather, slipped the hose over the nipple and clamped it tight.

If you do end up replacing any O2 sensors, there is a place called URD that sells the Denso brand for Toyotas for $89. You may want to call them and see if they can get you one for Isuzu. I know their price is way better than the dealer and I will be getting mine from them.

I forgot to mention that I have always been impressed with the way the alternator is mounted up very high on the Land Rovers. I wish the Tacomas were like that, although I guess the upside is that they do get some nice air circulation where they are, and probably not as much concentrated heat...

FWIW, when I removed my fender liner to install my snorkel, the stock intake tube was filthy with dust. And I agree that the snorkel on a truck like the Tacoma does not make your vehicle impervious to water damage, as there are electricals that are still vulnerable. But my logic with the...

Although I think it sucks too, one thing to bear in mind is that the regulations for many public land areas allow an ATV to be driven across roadless, cross-country land when it is being used to pick up legally killed big game. I know this is the case for a lot of the forest land and state trust...
