The bolts are a fine thread 1/2 bolt. I don't have the exact thread pitch.

First of all, thanks for sharing your experience. I know myself and everyone at Tepui tries hard to provide excellent service to every customer, but occasionally mistakes can be made, so sorry you haven't had the experience you were hoping for. Maybe we can change your opinion in the future...

I spoke to Naroko (thank for your patience and for the phone call!) and I think we've got the ball rolling to get issues resolved. For others, the small hole in the mosquito netting in the pictures is uncommon but as you can see, it's a possibility. Not sure what caused this particular one...

Ideal height for a tent with the annex attached is between 6' and 6'8" to use full height of the annex. Lower will still work with a bit a slack in the walls, higher can also work and there are annex extensions available if needed. . The "old" standard Autana has been replaced by the Autana Sky...

Yes we crossed 40 at Daniels Summit. Our finish point was actually Mapleton not Spanish Fork but more people know Spanish Fork and it's so close to Mapleton.
