No mods required that I know of, they bolt to the factory bench seat mounting holes AFAIK.
I haven't used my bench seat in the back with the 2nd row of Sienna recliners, so I don't have any pics or measurements, sorry.
Questions for MG for sure.
I do know that towards the front seats he had to use some nutserts on VANdiana.
Instead of drilling holes in your floor, have you consider MG/ExpoVans' new steel floor plate setup? Much easier for using L-Track. MG can post some pics and I can't find any here.

Water temp, volts, oil pressure, fuel level. What other vitals will you monitor?--and via a ScanGaugeII?
And the speedo has an odometer I assume? Trip meter?

I 99.8% sure that MG/www.expovans.com doesn't offer kits for the E450's(box vans, duallies/motorhomes) at this time. Not enough calling locally for them to have fully tested different spring rates and such for the heavier configurations.
Their focus is on the SRW(single rear wheel) passenger...
