Not sure if this will help you but, my rear carrier was sent with this to mount a roto. You can just holesaw through the arm and install.

We head up to Devils Den 3 times (sometimes 4) a year. We will camp there 1 or 2 nights before heading futher up to Cassville to visit Roaring River State Park and the Mark Twain NF. There's a cool road running out the back side of RRSP up to Cassville.
