Not directly applicable, but my WK (not a WK2), the seat bolts were 19mm and buzzed out pretty easily using a big impact driver.

Has Anybody Tried the Onx App on Apple CarPlay for Offroad Maps?

I think you might be missing a point @ABBB tried making. The CarPlay portion of either program, OnX or Gaia, is just the display. I have my iPhone mounted to my dash next to my CarPlay screen, and I use the phone for data entry in Gaia, such as way pointing, turning on/off tracking, etc.... I...

What I have seen a number of people do is mount them on the sill of the rear side windows, within easy reach of the rear hatch

Ram Mgt Wants To Know What You Think @ a 1500 BEV, so let’m have it!

I want a portable battery pack, that is basically a slide in tray that fills the entire bottom 6" of the cargo bed. Might need to be several cells due to weight, but it would be a range multiplier and would allow me to do truck things with it out of the City. Also, I want it for under $50k :-)

For Sale - 2005 Land Rover LR3 expedition accessories

Sad day to see to it go like this. I miss that truck. BTW, that Hannibal rack will never rust, it's Aluminum, and $800 is a steal. That thing cost me $2200 to get shipped to my door over 15 years ago.

trying to work out how to Jeep camp with my 5 year old and 8 month old

Wow, three really significant comments here: 1. So true. Kids really don't care where you go. They can get equally dirty just about anywhere, and will thoroughly enjoy doing so. That should be the focus. Plus, the more stuff the campground provides, the less stuff you need to pack! 2. In...

trying to work out how to Jeep camp with my 5 year old and 8 month old

I struggled with this as well. I had an LJ with two tall but young kids (around 5 and 8), and two tall parents (6'-7 and 6'-2"), plus a 30 lbs dog. I used to get real creative in stowing gear in the Jeep. For example all the long rolled up things (camp chairs, sleeping pads, camp table, etc..)...

Looking for Good, Entry Level Knife Sharpening Kit Recommendations

I have a Worksharp electric knife sharpener, Ken Onion edition. It’s pretty awesome. Not cheap, but really, it’s the only one you’ll ever need. Does everything from pocket knives, to scissors to hatchets and axes to lawnmower blades. Does great on my wife’s kitchen knives, and all my...

    2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2

Just goes to show how relative everything is. I was unaware of any "gigantic boulders" on any of the trails in Joshua Tree. So I reviewed all the photos in that article, and I was like Yeap, I know all those trails, and there aren't big boulders on any of them. These reviewers are just a...

    2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2

I for one, am super happy to see GM making an effort. Scott's recent review was pretty on target, though it said something quite alarming at the very end that needs more scrutiny: "Knee hits 4wd switch (which will likely lead to damage)" Scott is not a big guy, maybe almost 6' tall? For him to...
