I don't. I have a Sankey and they have both. Once towed the Sankey with a Ford and the trailer rides so stiff the magnetic lights kept breaking loose and falling off. On an M416 I'd put the magnetic lights on top of the fender flats if you go that route.
I tow stuff regularly with Rovers. I have the standard 7 pin rover plug on the truck and have a variety of adapters to make different trailers work. Most any good trailer supply place will have a good selection since there are so many different configurations. The adapter I use most often is one...
LOL. Looks kind of like an ugly headboard but no thats the front of three hoops for the canvas for a 130 double cab hcpu bed. Thats why the bed is so short- more than a foot shorter than a 110 hcpu.
Guess its not hard to put a Series or Defender body tub on. Given the width and dish of the wheels this looks to be on an early "narrow track" chassis with mechanical drum brakes (you can see the actuator rod in the pictures)...
Sankey tub removal is easy- @ least on the early style "narrow" 3/4 ton models. The tub is held to the frame with 10 or so "J" shaped bolts. Simply loosten the nut and the bolt slips right out of the bracket. Had my tub off in 45 mins. As far as the hitches go- on the early sankey "narrow's"...
They got the trailer to fit in the container after all. I'm psyched !
Having had a 110 with full length roof rack as my primary truck for the last couple of years I would far rather pull a trailer than have the weight on the roof.
