Simplicity is king, so I think your logic & use case is pretty sound.
However, I'm pretty sure that 13.33 Amps @ 120v is not equal to 13.33 Amps @ 12v.
With 1600W you could be charging at 100amps via the ProPower using something like this:

Wow, good find. That guy is on the FB group, was hinting about a sale months ago, wanting $200k. To his credit, it's on a 450 chassis (rare), and has every option. But that price is unprecedented for a Tiger on the used market....
Who knows, but here is an LTS from Earthroamer that is one year newer & with less miles....for the exact same price.
https://earthroamer.com/pre-roamed/pre-roamed-149/
Right now private party sales (FB, RVTrader) are asking higher prices than EarthRoamer itself, which seems suspect.
I've got the Aluminess bumper (so that doesn't help out your situation), so I've currently got the XL80s in the Fog Light Position.
The only thing with the XL80s (in the Driving/combo) is that it is a lot of light. A-Pillar/Ditch light height was nice on the van because the higher the lights...
My philosophy is similar to Mike's. I'm a buy once/cry once kind of guy.
I got a pair of Baja Designs XL80 in the driving/combo pattern. Had them on my Ford Transit in the ditch light position. They lit up the Alaska night, and had them wired to my highbeams so they could go on/off in a second...
Really curious if it is going to sell for that price.
This one that is "New" and being sold by a dealer is $20k less than the used one above.....and has been sitting on RVTrader for the last 6+ months.

I'll let the above comment on weight, lifts, loading, etc.
But AK doesn't really have any true offroading, at least not anything where you'd take a rental vehicle.
McCarthy Road, Denali Highway, etc: all are 2wd in the summer in a Toyota Corolla. Camp spots are prolific off of thes dirt roads...
That's the dream scenario, right?!?
I was doodling something similar a few years ago, I think I needed a 9-10 foot box inorder to actually squeeze in what I wanted to get in there.
Victorian probably has some advice on mounting a TC box, but not sure you'd want to get behind the frame too...
Max payload of 3200 or so as a starting place, which is pretty good.

Course it depends from there on how it is configured......
Following...I'm curious too.
I do know that even with an F250, if you check every box it is possible to max out/exceed your payload limit with a FWC.
Having the 6.2 gives you more payload than the diesel (?), but weight is still a consideration if you do wheels, bumpers, winch, AND a FWC
