Thanks, now its warmer... :-D There was no way to get the pulley off, because the tread to attach the tool is all ****ed up... So i had to remove the whole ps pump assembly to seat those three bolts. So, 5h work for 3 damn bolts... Now everything is together. After lunch I'll refill the...

Now it's friday morning, back to work. I think I'll just go and built a pulley tool instead of messing with the screws... Oh, and it's freaking cold, everything is frozen...

Me stupid idiot removed the four powersteering pump bolts. :mad: Now I can`t get them in. Looks like i`ll have to remove the pulley tomorrow. Not sure how to do this... And no, you can`t get powersteering pulley tools around here, because this style pressed pulley`s is not common here...

Gave up for today, I'm so pissed off right now... Reinstall was pretty straightforward, until it came to the ac compressor bracket. There are screws underneith the pulley, and i just can't get them seated. I also can't remove the pulley because it needs some large torx and i don't have one...

Rear near the distributor sounds worth a try. Could be possible... Ok, I`ve built a few engines, but never one with a distributor. So I`m totally helpless with this thing. How can i take it out to reach under it? I think I change the timing when i take it out!? How to do this properly?

The two that go through the firewall? Where do they connect to the intake manifold?

Thanks guys... I think I know how I`ll do it, but will have a final look and measurement on monday... Another thing is that i want to incorporate something to attach the hilift to the sliders to lift the car stable. Any suggestions on that?

Hi, these days its illegal to weld something to the frame. If its rusted you can weld on a new patch, but you're not allowed to weld something new to the frame... Oh, and I'm a native german, so i don't know anything about how the US Army guys would do this...

Not sure where to get those parts... Ordered a 48" Hilift today, should get it friday. Will mount it at a 45 degree angle on the swingout... Also ordered the two missing bodylift spacers and some spacers for the front bumper... Will start on the rocksliders soon, just not sure how to mount it...
