    4 link, Coilover, 4x4, e350 Conversion - King / Full Traction

something else to think of when you are city slickin. Most cities in my area enforce the no RV and NO commercial vehicles parked over night law. That said, your incognito plumbing van will be a target unless you're in walmart parking lot after 6pm. Grumpy or not the good man in me said to...

dude my friends sleep right next to us in their Rubicondo's all the time. Classic when you see two grown adults all spread out back there. It works. As far as an atlas goes, lower gear ratio than that of the NV271 less braking on declines which is an absolute NO NO in my book. Should use...

I like the footage of TTB in action. I'm going to beef up my radiator support and make an aluminum cover for it. I can see a rock getting kicked up from tailgating you that may cause some trail side repair.

If that's all you need then buy a jeep. If you are going to build a dream van on 40's with coil overs. Better add an atlas 4 speed to it as well. I had a good look at a TTB yesterday and all I kept thinking was -- "WHERE'S THE BEEF ?" Seems like an overloaded SMB would snap parts on those...

Tires hitting sheet metal will be the least of your problems. The front axle is directly in alignment with the cross member of the frame. BTW you start too many threads , I can't keep up lol

I've been thinking about this as a nice day dream and I would do it, but start from scratch. Maybe source some parts from the kit mentioned but you won't use all of it. If you are anywhere near LA you are welcome to drive my van. I love messin with my van, but it is way more fun on the trail.

I've been modifying vehicles since I was a youngster, bikes, skateboards, Dirt Bikes, ATV's, (ATC back then) Yachts, Boat's, Trailers, RV's, Big Rigs you name it, If someone paid me to tear apart their rig and make it better I would, however I know when to say when. With Chris's help I exceeded...

there's no front drive shaft. the coil looks to be arching, drag link and track bar aren't parallel (could be angle of pic ) which can lend to some bump steer. why do you need 2 steering stabilizers and why are you quizzing us ? Is this a potential buy ? Or are you some kind of guru that...

They say not to tape off things when coating, you can easily cut and peel it off the areas you don't want. You need one of these. http://awesometools.com/stand-n-store-step-stool.asp I have one and we keep the dog leash, food, etc. in it and makes for a nice step into the van and also for...

VANdiana Jones sequel: The Legacy Continues

maybe you should rename the thread to the Vandiana Jones and " the Temple of Doom" got me thinking about some bushwackers now. I would leave them black and try the spray can version the plasti dip. it will give you a nice flat finish and when it gets messy looking it peels right off and you...
