    Clutch’s deep thoughts thread...

Now I’m going to wait at least a month... just out of spite! I would really like a dually. Just done *need* to compensate that much. ?

    Clutch’s deep thoughts thread...

Yeah... Can't imagine that, plus fees, plus 9.25% sales tax... that's a 6-figure truck. Ironically, the dealer had 3 modified F250's... lift, cosmetics... each over $100K. Sales guy told me they'd be sold w/in a couple of weeks. :o You under estimate my stubbornness. :P

    $87,650... list. :o :o :o Nope... as much as I'd like more woo-pow... I'm keeping the F350 I have. :)

@Clutch... you should be proud of me... Found out we get discounts on Fords... so I test drove a '19 F350 on Friday. They offered me a pretty good deal on my 16... But they couldn't find what I wanted (F350 CCLB Diesel Platinum w/o moonroof)… The one they found that was close was a Limited...

    Tacoma or four Runner

couldn't do it. I sold my IS300, in large part, because I couldn't drive it w/o being in pain. Seating position was comfortable, but killed me. I still struggle in most cars, though not nearly as much as a number of years ago.

    Tacoma or four Runner

ironically... I have a similar herniation and the more upright position of my F350 is much easier on my back than my Tacoma's or 4Runners...

    Tacoma or four Runner

Seeting positions are the same in both. Seats are different, but up through 02/04 redesign, Identical. I’d challenge they were almost identical until 5th gen 4Runner releases.

Definitely interesting how two people can look at the same thing and draw opposite conclusions, eh? ?

I challenge your last statement as a gross mis characterization of both Toyota and Ford.

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

I’d be willing to bet that most of that lobbying was done by automotive suppliers rather than mfg’s

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

Given VW’s fines, I’d say they need better lobbyists. ?

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

Reality is that the government is forcing the end if diesel. Between ULSD and emissions, and the fact that even with the best of technologies, companies are unable to pass gov't standards... tells us either the government standards are idiotic... or they are working exactly like the government...

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

To be fair, new diesels are hampered by EPA regulations. Imagine a where we would be if it wasn’t for the incredibly complicated , efficiency sucking emissions equipment. I’d LOVE to delete my power stroke, grab an extra few ponies and 20% increase in mileage... but it’s under warranty. So I...

    2019 Tundra

you do realize that you are one of the weird ones, right? :p Bought an 86 4Runner in 03 from a nice lady in Co. She was probably early 60's. She told me she was upset that she was selling it prior to 20 years of ownership, but her knee just couldn't take shifting every day... That was back...
