Folk are mentioning Back to Black which I must say I have not had a lot of sucess with.What has worked for me for many years and is still my Go To restorer for plastic is Black Wow classic works like a charm and a small amount goes a long way.
I am able to use my iphone with the Gaiai app on Airplane mode for many hours out on the trails with no cell service.I also use a Garmin Mini as a tracker so that my wife can follow me and also message me if needed.

When you look at the majority of US made RV,s they still have styling from the 70's.
The only thing I would be concerned about is the insulation when the top is up.
We presently own a Sportsmobile,and one of the biggest drawbacks for us is the lack of
insulation of the pop top when in the open position in colder climates.
Am presently looking at alternatives for longer duration...
I would agree as I was brought up with a stick as auto's were very uncommon back in the day.When I go home I always rent a stick as you get a far better rental price.
If I was at home at the moment I would love to get one of those mogs as it would be a great expedition vehicle to play with!
