I'd be very careful using a propane heater in there, especially while sleeping. It will burn through the oxygen very quickly.
What sort of ventilation does it have?
Yes you can.
In my old Zuk I did many long distance trips in it. A friend drive hers around Australia, my brother drive from the bottom to the top of Australia and back again. , Simpson desert crossings etc etc
I wouldn't go with a RTt just a small dome tent. You need to think smart with...
Have been doing a similar thing for years. I've got a 20 l black plastic drum with a spigot. Drilled a hole in the lid, cut a valve and surrounding rubber from a bike inner tube and stuck it to the lid. Leave in the sun all day, attach compressor to valve and voila pressurised hot shower. Also...

Would be a fun trip
They are awesome trailers, easy to tow, incredibly easy to setup and pack up, will follow the vehicle anywhere, extremely well built. You can't compare prices between the US and here, two very different economies.
I am surprised that moreAustralian style camper trailers haven't made it into the...
Nice find. So lucky you can have an off road only vehicle in the states to allow you to get out there and use it.
So how does it drive, have you had to do much mechanically to get it working etc(other than the windscreen), what future plans?
