    I'm head over heels!

Good to see you are here to tell the tale. I know it wasn't funny at the time, but it'll be one of those stories your buddies will tell with a giggle in their voice, of you going over the front on a short flight path to the ground. Reminds me of my uncle, back in the day, when I was growing up...

    Intl 4x4 flat bed 4800

Truck was used (or not used) by a local, to the seller, utility company. The mileage is stated to be correct. If you look at the engine pics, it does look like nothing has been "crecked" open on it. Good luck, go for it.

So I read what you all had to say about Scott's fuel problem, and mine are abit different. (though it did quite and start again the other day like Scott) Going to my son's the other day, it had a surge to it as if you were on/off the foot feed. Got there went to leave and wouldn't start. So...

    Side Molding

Can this be the post to push it onto page 5, I sure hope so. I'm sure side molding is one of those "option" things that make it possible for the manufactuer to say, we have 5 million ways in which you can build your own truck, ala GMC, So you see if its on, or if its off, there is 2 options...

    Side Molding

Does it matter if they are on or off? I think the only reason you want to take them off is to have less wind resistance thus bettr MPG!!

    Diff Lock Issues

So here is my saga for this past Saturday AM. Figured I'd move the motor home to be able to get the D1 by the garage to work on it. So I started the MH and a terrible noise emitted from deep within, the starter was hanging up, so now I've got another job to do. Great!! Then went to start the...

    Diff Lock Issues

So on a '97 D1 that I just pick up, bought, the diff lock is very hard to engage, (almost impossible) I'm wondering if it could be from lack of use and perhaps road grime/salt etc?. So I'm thinking there must be some sort of linkage down there. It is a manual shift truck. So I took off the...

One of the coolest things I've ever seen!

Just the work he went into making the wheels is more then I would want to spend on something like that. I don't have enough time working on my own "real" junk.
