Please let us know when this happens! It would be nice to be able to utilize both Nomad and Boulder panels together.

    My 1992 Chevy Tiger XL

Airbags in the rear and new rear shocks helped my ride considerably. Re-striped Tiger looks great - did you remove the old ones first or go over them? I'm glad I missed the striping era, just some swirly decals on mine.

    RK's MANi-Van - UP FOR SALE

Mama mia!! That looks GREAT. I'm not gonna show this pic to my Tiger though, it's already starting to want that lift again. The only other astro I've owned was the same year/color as yours. It was new back when, but it didn't look as nice as yours. Great job. Curious - was...

    Mil-spec Thermogear Portable electric blanket

So does "12V isolated output" from the transformer mean the blanket itself runs off of 12V? So you could skip the charger/batteries included and run a direct 12V connection?

    Flippac Windows

If I were to do it all over again, I would have a windoor on passenger side, nothing on the driver side. With the front slider and side window open, pups would have some air. If your dogs are as spoiled as mine, they'd get a circulating 12V fan back there too. (~$10 at any truck stop)

North American Ramblings of a Perpetual Transient

Kristian, great writeup! I still can't get over the pics you get with an iphone :Wow1: Too bad you didn't make it this far, next time! Or I may just show up on your doorstep again :) I never noticed before that from one direction you're from CO, and the other you're the overlord from MI. I...

Change your mind? Before you wanted a Tacoma and had a few responses but didn't reply. Not sure how many responses you'll get to this one.

    Tiger (GT and XL) Hunting

Funny! They are hard to find though. Seriously if you're looking, keep an eye on the database here. Have to register to see the database. That's how I found mine - the sellers had it listed in a local green sheet, then someone from that group went to see it and posted up about it. Heidi's...

    Tire Bulge! Danger?

Good call, I wouldn't risk that either. About 6 months ago I discovered the same thing happen on my BFG ATs on the Tiger. I had noticed the tire sitting low for some time but every time I checked the pressure it was fine, and couldn't see anything wrong. Mine was on the inside behind my...

    Our "new" Tiger...

:jumping::jumping::jumping: Can't wait to see what's next for you - what could beat a Tiger? You did such a nice job restoring it and thanks for the many ideas you shared. And can't wait to see what Heidi & Josh will do with it, those two do not sit still with their rigs. :sombrero:

    FlipPac Handle Carnage

He has mine, I'm out of flipping commission for a little while. You can open without a handle, but it's a PITA - pushing it up and over from inside. I've never quite figured out how to CLOSE it without a handle though. Looks like he has his choice of welders, nice :)
