My main complaint is that it's slightly curved, so sometimes accessories don't stand up straight.
I take off the basket when I don't have any camping trips planned, so being able to tuck them away when not in use is pretty great.

Just installed the Drawtite on my OB. The finish is not that great compared to the Ecohitch, but totally worth the ~$130 savings.

Yeah 17" is worth it just for the better AT tire choices. One of the reasons why I stuck to premium trim.
I go ADF, but design wise spacers are spacers. Just get whatever has the least build lead time.

Tires, plates, lift. The rest to your needs. I would skip the sway bars it feels like they fixed they improved the horrible body roll in the model refresh.
IMO if you're considering getting a hitchgate, you should plan to upgrade the rear springs to deal with the sag.

They do sell an portable refill kit (pretty much a bladder and an adapter that connects to a pump). Watchrd my buddy refill it and it looked straight forward. Those rinse kits are everywhere in San Diego.

There is a spot behind a perforated place of insulation right next to the wiring harness. Evidently there used to be something there. If you drill right through that exits near the gas pedal behind a flappy piece of foam. I out a boot in mine but haven't run any wires yet.

That's interesting. I use mine all the time, mostly for engine breaking and coming out of turns when in the mountains.
