I just picked up a set of 31in Radial Mud Claws for my non snow months here in Maine. I ran em on my xj in 33 in variety and loved em. Were great in deep powder. Im also building a rear bumper hopefully soon. Stay tuned.
Heres my 1960 Eureka Drawtite canvas tent. I love this thing in bad weather. Has the rubberized floor in it as well. In colder weather i use a Coleman Bearcat tent heater and it gets nice and toasty. In heavy rain i throw a matching tarp over it. Works great. And i can have it set up in about 5...
Hey man nice to c u on here. Its been awhile. The zj s lookin good man. Mines kinda slowed in progress. She got used alot this past summer and fall. I also spent alot of time on my new M416 trailer. I have some plans for mine come spring. Cant wait.
Ive had mine for a year now and what a great tire. They are wearing well and have held up thus far for wheeling up here in the great northeast. Make an awesome snow tire as well. I wish they made em in a 33in for 15 in rims. Im actually considering another set when these need replacing.
Thanks man. Yeah the flying moose legend is pretty cool. There is all sorts of cool history here. I lived out your way for 2 years. I was stationed at Fort Carson. Spent alot of time wheeling out there.
I somehow double posted my last one. Oops. Heres a pic i found of Bald mountain looking across Moxie lake. You cant match the beauty of the North Maine Woods area. We love venturing out and exploring. And im happy to share with others and you all enjoy them.
No prob. I try to get the kids out whenever possible. My youngest is already planning our trip up north for April. We had a great experience last year up there. Heres a pic from our campsite last year.

The same falls a month later with our group of kids. A small waterfall off one of the trails. Dont know the name but there some tent camping sites and there is parking off the trail.
Just one of the many thousands of two tracks we have up here to explore. There are over 10,000 miles of trails up here in Maine to enjoy. The adventures are endless. Its been a while since ive done a trip report. This is a compilation of my fall hunting and exploring trips to northwestern Maine...
Welcome to the portal. Nice to see another zj on here. Id go with a decent set of agressive all terrain tires and some underbody protection and a small lift. There are plenty of builds on here including mine. Check em out and find out what works for you.
