Not exactly true. You can get a quote from a place like G & K Auto that will get you a CARB sticker and is a certified modifier. Sadly, it will cost you 8-12 weeks. But let's keep this guys thread on track. Just let it be known this should be sold to someone outside of CA.- Beater_Bimmer
