Yes they were! I miss a lot about that Frontier, but you cant compare it to the Land Cruiser, not because one is any better than the other, just be cause they are both such different vehicles (both great vehicles) which I am using for different purposes. I wouldn't hesitate getting another...

Thanks Shotts! I am definitely loving this truck... Hehe.. Sliders will be coming soon. Until then, I will stick to these types of trails that have a low likelihood of rocker damage. I also really want sliders so I have a jack-point to use with Hi-Lift jack.

Thanks! It still has the factory suspension, I haven't made any suspension mods yet. It sits much higher now since the 20's and low profile tires were actually smaller in overall diameter than the factory size rims and tires. It really does have pretty good ground clearance the way it sits now...

Heck yea!!! In fact this same trip I woke up one morning (sleeping in the rear of the Cruiser), started the truck, turned the heater on, ate my breakfast still in my sleeping bag, and watch the snow fall outside overlooking Sedona AZ. Now THAT is what I call breakfast in bed! :coffee:

Wow! I just saw this thread! Congrats to both you and Josh for passing, that is awesome... I would also love to have a dual sport but it just wouldn't work with my current plans. In fact, I have a good friend who is considering selling his two dual sports (he is now into cruisers). I honestly...
