Not looking to generate a debate but I wouldn't be too quick to rule out HF-quality tools for a vehicle-borne tool kit. Keep in mind I have tools for home and tools that stay in the vehicle at the ready. Sure, Snap-On, Craftsman, or MATCO's are great tools but if you've been on top of things...
