    2001 Disco 2 Valuation

Well, I'd give her $1K for it. A 2000 DII with a good running engine can be had for less than $5K. With her's needing a new engine block, unless someone can do the work themselves, she is looking around at least $5K, if not more, to have it replaced. So that makes her truck worth just about...

    unbreakable family rules / ;essons

Dad gets passwords to all social media accounts, including the right to review any and all text messages, pictures, etc. Dad has dead nerve endings in his shins from years of futbol (soccer) and in his fists (never mind you the reason). So if you really want to try kickboxing with dad... don't...

    7.3 vs. 6.0 vs. gas

Well, I have to admit that Chase's comments above do contribute to the thread. And he is correct (I did take his advice and search the web). Most of the issues, other than what he stated, does seem to be electrical. But then again, I drive Land Rovers so I am used to electrical gremlins. I...

Aggressive mud tire for expedition travel

I have never heard of using BBs. Do you actually put them inside the tire? Do you still use weights to balance the tire too? Sorry to sound like a noob.

    Decent 110's

I highly recommend http://landroverexchange.com/ or eBay. Just a suggestion to buy one already here in the states that you can check out before you purchase. Sometimes the definition of "roadworthy" is different between cultures... just saying.

    7.3 vs. 6.0 vs. gas

Please point me to another place where the 6.0 is used specifically for "expedition/adventure" or long range use. There are sure a lot of questions about Land Rovers here. Perhaps they should be asked on other Land Rover forums only. Or what about Sportsmobiles? There is a specific forum for...
