Yeah it may be weak but the one on Stormy has taken a serious beating from time to time. My big complaint with it is the blasted threads have stripped out where it mounts! All but two that is. Been that way for about three years and still taking a beating.

That's good to hear. We've already had a couple of fatal incidents in San Antonio where a jack failed and crushed the guy under his truck/car.

So I didn't see my answer anywhere. Here's the question... Do you leave it hooked up to the vehicle with it running until you get the tire changed/work completed? Or does it have a valve, that once it reaches a desired height, you simply close it?

I've heard of some failures but not an abnormally high number. I agree though, go with an automatic.

Yeah most may not be OHV capable but you can get some really good ideas from them.
