    parabolics or regular leafs?

Still researching that at this point. I'd like to put all bucket type seats but she's kind of narrow. Might end up using old UPS seats. Will be in touch shortly regarding engine configuration. Dan (aka tigerdan) is going to spearhead the conversion for me. He (as have I) has been enamored...

    parabolics or regular leafs?

TeriAnn - With a family of 7, my 109 would be loaded to the gills and I am looking for a small trailer to pull so I can keep stuff off the roof. Plus, I believe I will be fitting a 302 sometime next year (hope to have it done by Mendo). With the weight of my family (& any gear) and the 302...

    thoughts on handling this

I respect your opinion here; however, we will have to agree to disagree. First, historically, government entities do a rather piss poor job of regulating and disciplining themselves. Second, the public has a right to know - that is a fact proven by the Supreme Court. Third, nothing like a...

No, don't endanger yourself in any way. If he is impersonating a government employee, I am sure there will be other charges to contend with for him. I say notify the proper authorities and the news media concurrently, then step aside and let whomever do their job. You have a family to think...

How many of use are really prepared to live a long life?

My paternal side tends to live to almost 100. My dad is 62 and has been fighting pancreatic cancer for almost 10 years now. I was quite sad when Patrick Swayze died. He and my dad have(had) the same doctor and are(were) on the same experimental treatment medication regime at Stanford. My...

Accommodating a large family - questions

You know, that thought crossed my mind. I could always tow an 88" series behind it. I know my wife would like an RV and all it's amenities.

...er... doc explained how "it" was happening... got that taken care of right away!:ylsmoke: I don't know... I'm just not a Suburban kind of guy. They're cool but they just don't appeal to me. Plus, I really want a diesel too.

got another Discovery what it do

No worries, I am sure J-man won't mind the off-topic. (If he does, I'll buy him a beer when he turns 21...:coffeedrink:). The ends of the rods are built to be adjustable so the "U-shape" rod stays in place. Keith is on the forum here quite a bit so PM him or email him. Good guy.

Accommodating a large family - questions

Yup, I saw that. But I want something a bit newer and also the EB version. If there is one thing I have learned when it comes to vehicles, especially one that I plan on keeping for quite some time, it's buy as close to stock as possible so you don't have to fix another person's mistakes.
