Yep I have wheeled with the some guys running the 3.7L and QT1 and they went everywhere I went....in tough offroading just be aware of temperature issues...in some cases you are maxing out QT1 and maybe the engine.....You could also invest in an ARB rear air locker in the future for the 8.25...
There are advantages to both vehicles....the JK/JKU are great vehicles and if I did not have the WK diesel I would be in the Wrangler...check out my build in the link below.
I am going to do a nut and bolt this weekend....I have done the E20 socket tightening on the steering rack and I noticed a difference.

I love 2 doors....I am actually been emailing a Jeep dealer trying to get them to come down on a 2014 JK Rubicon. It is a bare bones no power windows, door lock or mirrors with a 6 speed and hard top. Not sure why I want it but I do.
